They say I need a uk credit card to withdraw the cash. What should I do? They let me bet with american card, but wont refund it.
I hope that it's not a lot of money. How long ago did you make the deposit? As a general rule, you must withdraw funds the same way you deposit them. I would talk to customer service rep (if you haven't already) and explain the circumstances. Offer to open a Neteller account and ask them to deposit the funds there so you can transfer to your checking account. thanks for this info. I think they'll allow me to make a bank transfer, but they now what forms of id and photo copies of the credit card. I dont know if this is standard for security, but I know they wont refund the card. again thanks. it should work out.
