thankfully i got to see the LA game... we played so well, in the first half at least... a shame we couldnt have pulled 3 from that one.

but to turn around and lose 6-0??

what the hell happened. feel free to post quips here, and let me know. i dont exactly get much of a chance to keep track of this ************, as you may or may not know...

btw... i hope everyone is doing well, i know i am... ill probably be in columbus for a week or two or three sometime in july. i hope to see you all at a match... and hey, if i cant make it, youre all welcome to come catch a kaiserslautern match with me when i get based in germany (and when im there for '06, you can visit then, too :)).

    lates.

Well in Mexico on Wednesday the biggest factor for the loss was the fact that 3 starters on the backline were not playing. We started Nelson Akarnia(what ever it is) and had McCarty out there. The loss of Hejduk was most noticable because 2 late goals were scored on McCarty's side that wouldn't have been in Hejduk was in. Our fitness kind of ran out in the end because the boys weren't use to the high altitudes. The Mexican boys had been in season for a while and it really made a difference. The defense was much improved with Dunseth, Clark, Hejduk and Denton back there on Saturday. It was one match, I'm not too worried about it because to me the league is a lot more important than the tournament we were playing in.

I hope this helps, if you have anymore questions let us know. I'm sure everyone would be more than willing to help you out.

I'm surprised that no one has posted Iraqi Information Minister Sahaf as saying the Crew actually won 6-0. While during the game, the infidels (note this is not a racist comment) were throwing themselves on their swords and commiting suicide by the thousands.

Anyway, if one can say snack-pie, that is what our boys did... Hopefully that won't happen again...

Also, if you're in Germany for '06, I know of a group of people that could sure use some floor space!
