There’s nothing in that article that anyway relates to Cleveland.

What’s the problem?

 

We sure get alot of posts from Cleveland but no action as creation of a team.

 

With Detroit City joining the Championship, Cleveland is now:

- the biggest TV market without an MLS or Championship team
- the only MLB market without an MLS, Championship, or MASL team
- one of only six markets in any of the big four without a team in one of the above three leagues (and one of the other five is Raleigh-Durham, who has an NWSL team) - the others are Buffalo, New Orleans, Jacksonville, and Green Bay

Cleveland is quickly becoming to soccer what Houston is to hockey - a major league market with surprisingly little presence in said sport

 

Because the people who own the rights haven’t been able to move it forward. I doubt they’re happy about that in Tampa

 

Hopefully, some good news on the Force front is forthcoming.

Cleveland is dead to soccer except minor league pinball soccer.

 

NEO will be swimming in "D4" soccer this summer between Cleveland SC, Akron City, and the Force.

From what I understand, this is just the start for Force. Seems they want to start the process of building to USL-C.

 

My dream scenario for NEO Soccer is

Force in the Championship and Super League (new USL Women's D2 league)
Crunch in the big MASL
Vulcans get the Pro League they're hoping for together
CSC and Akron City keep repping the region in "D4"

1 and 4 probably the most realistic

 

Where the heck are they playing? Krenzler?

 

Force are playing at Rocky River HS.

 

Where does Cleveland SC play at?

 

I live in Toledo....hoping they play away here and I can check em out.

 

They’ve had some wandering, maybe at Baldwin Wallace in 2021?

 

I think last two seasons have been at Finnie (B-W).

I confess that I didn't. The issue of a Cleveland MLS team seems to pop up on a pretty regular schedule the past bunch of years, so I assumed this was that again.

 

All the way to the breaker's yard IMO

 

MLS NEXT Pro sucks.
