Should of been proactive and found our next guy or held on to Cucho until we had a actual back option the window not lining up doesn’t help because it makes players more expensive to acquire in winter window. Knowing that we should consider only selling key players like Cucho in the Summer
That was sell now or never i think but he’s definitely better then JRR and it was odd that we were so unprepared to acquire a striker but quick to sell 2
Hoping one of the incentives in the cucho sale was that we get some $$$ if betis qualify for europe. They are set for europa league but could sneak into Champions League.
“Berp this guy is paid too well to have emotions and be a human being da derpity flerpity doo!” That’s you. That’s what you sound like.
Yes, two. A DP starter and a Christian Ramirez replacement. JRR has played himself to third on the depth chart of a championship-caliber roster.
Heard a funny comment on WLW on my way down to see the Reds play. "This game was more 'Purgatory is Real'."
Business metrics! "[Saturday's] attendance was a sell-out 20,363. The Black & Gold have sold out 41 of the past 42 MLS home matches at Lower.com Field, including 35 consecutive regular home matches across the 2023-2025 seasons."
Bright spots: We dominated possession and created lots of good opportunities. And that continued even after it was 1-1. Aliyu looks like he can contribute. The D looked good aside from the weak @SS Schulte soft goal. ============= But we still lack class, composure, decision-making, and finishing. Nancy only used 1 attacking sub? I get we were doninating, but Jackson goes from starting to glued to the bench? No Lassi? Gazdag was the least threatening offensive player we had. Another soft goal. I might put Hagan or Bush in goal for a game.
I enjoyed the game in person for the first time this year...with the exception of the poor finishing by the Crew. I must admit that I worried we would completely suck until the transfer window opened because we had nobody lined up to replace Cucho. I felt this was a situation the FO handled well when it came to selling Zelarayan with the Rossi signing. We definitely messed up the transfer by not having the replacement lined up. We need serious help at forward.
My new seats this year are in section 208 right next to the visitors section. I didn't enjoy hearing the Cincy fans chanting Cleveland everytime we were chanting Columbus. This could have been 100% avoided.
Unfortunately we decided to move here before they moved the ADA shuttle. It was closer to the ADA shuttle than section 239 and we were able to get seats in row 3 which is the row that you come up the stairs on so my dad doens't need to go up or down additional stairs. Now that the ADA shuttle is stop is over by the plaza, I would love to move closer there just don't know if there will be 3 seats in row 3 closer to the plaza.
