    He'd be a valuable additon to the 'Quakes, but I suppose one team can't make all the big signings.

    With Frankie Hejduk, Joe-Max Moore, and Earnie Stewart all joining MLS this year, does anyone else get the feeling that the league's turning a corner? It is no longer a league for old, washed-up European stars. No, it's now a league for old, washed-up American stars!

    Seriously, I wish Frankie well and hope he sees more playing time than he did in Europe.

    No, I don't think that veteran American players moving (back) to MLS is a bad thing. Frankie Hejduk isn't exactly washed up (he's 28), Earnie Stewart came off a very productive and consistent career with NAC (at least/around 10 goals a season), and Moore is a World Cup vet (like the previous two).
