St. Gallen lost once again, this time at home. It was the 10th defeat of the season. It was a very emotional game, with plenty of fouls and bad sportsmanship. Hejduk started out on the bench until halftime. Then, without having played a second, he managed to get himself a red card, apparently insulting WC Ref Urs Meier on the way to the locker room. Coach Thomas Staub called Frankie's behavior "unacceptable." Hejduk will miss at least one game for his actions.

3 more games, the winter break can't come soon enough for FC St. Gallen.

For those who don't remember, Meier was the referee in the Korea-USA match. Several astonishing calls went against us in that game, including a PK called on Agoos. Hejduk was given a yellow in that one, too.

Heydude deserved that card for coming in late & if we can use his no call PK against Costa Rica that ultimately was later rewarded on a shaky make-up call against burkhalter, then he prob did mouth off to that ref to retaliate 4 the SK yellow. And if that's the case, he deserved that too.
