The topic just came up during Mitts and Benson's appearance on Daily News Live. Heather stated that since they have "opposite seasons", i.e. their playing seasons don't occur at the same time (for the most part), she doesn't think it would be a problem if one were traded. If, for example, he were traded, she would go wherever he is during football season and he'd be in Philly during soccer season. That's a little different than how it was stated in the Daily News article, but either way, it's not an issue right now, since they're both on Philly teams and there are no signs that either will be traded any time soon.
hypothetical situations are interesting to consider... I would think Mitts is more likely to undergo a venue switch franchise wise, than feeley is to move on in a trade ... this olive branch offer.... some person just doesn't get the notion no one cares about it....
