Heaps and Cullen were interviewed on NECN last night. I didn't catch much of it but was wondering if anyone else saw it and could recap it for us? I was flipping channels some time after 11:00 and caught the very end of the interview.

    Recap:

Interviews hyped during previous newscast and were not stuck at the end like usual but went after first commerical break. The coverage from NECN historically has been great and you can probably thank our own season-ticket holder Jimmy Young for keeping them on the front burner there.

Good intelligent questions from the host but nothing new here. Its all about team...Adin Brown is the man... great to play in my hometown (Jay), great to see all the fans getting into it (Leo)... we love the 4-4-2 system that the coach is committed to even when we were not winning- read dig at FC changing systems based on the game- and some words on working with the youth to show them that they can have a career in soccer.

Of course no answers to my burning questions - like Jay- why the hat?-bad hair day? and Leo- what model are you currently seeing and how does she feel about you being height-challenged? :)

    They did well...

Best question/comment was on Razov's stomp on Jay. Jay said they had been going at each other hard the whole game and at one point Razov told Jay that he "was going to get him." After a pause and a laugh, Jay said, "Well, he got me!"

He also said he hadn't seen the replay of the incident before then (and they did show it).

Sheesh. So it wasn't just a spur of the moment act by Mr. A-hole, but a vicious, well thought out plan of thuggery.

Nice, Razov. Hope we don't see you until May at the earliest.

    ROTFLMAO

It's more like "bum a ticket from management for every game" Jimmy Young.

    Puhleeze!

Not to defend Razov, but players who get into it with each other trade threats all game. If it was premeditated there are lots of better ways to inflict more plain with less likelihood of getting bagged. Obviously he go so frustrated that he lost it - I don't think there's any other way to look at it.
