headed to home opener from twin cities

    a car load of us are headed down to kc for the home opener next week from the twin cities
    are there any pre-game festivities we can partake in
    and post game too

    Yes. Come to parking lot B5. That is where everyone who stands in 114 hangs out before the game. BYOB, and $5 all you can eat from the grill.

    So to sit in section 114 do you have to have a ticket for that area or is it more or less general admission seating?

    Last year at least, you could come and sit there if you wanted too, I believe the exact quote they would make on the PA was "If you wanna stand and sing in support of your Wizards, come to the Cauldron, section 114." So unless they've changed their policy, you should be able to stand there.

    However, a lot of the time the people at the entrance to the section have no clue. The section is supposed to be GA, but if you don't have tickets already you can save some potential headache by just buying tickets for 114. (They're the same price as the rest of the GA/endzone tickets.)
