Hey guys, a while ago I made a thread about this (https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/headache-when-heading-the-ball.2031005/) and forgot about it completely. I haven't gotten to play football much, but a few days ago I was playing soccer tennis and was heading the ball as one normally does, and afterwards was again left with a headache that still hasn't completely gone away. Now I don't know a whole lot about concussions, but I doubt it is one as it was simply soccer tennis, and as you can imagine the ball wasn't going as fast as say a cross or a shot. Most of my headache is in the back of my head which makes me think maybe it's something to do with my neck muscles? I do have slight forward head posture if that contributes anything. What do you guys think? Thanks.
