    I think Obie is saying putting up the whole thing.


    I just think if AEG put up more money, lets say 50% of the stadium, this thing would be done.

    I'm hopeful for 2007 but will be very happy if 2006 is still a possibility. If I lived up there I might buy a shovel and start it myself.

    In neither of these two cases did AEG / Hunt pay for the land, and they paid very little into the infrastructure. That's the more than half of the cost here in high-rent NY Metro.

    Municipal elections in Hudson County are in the spring, so no changes.
