There's a J.D. Powers survey at https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=19766 which, if soccer is your preferred sport, will give you a chance to comment on United as an organization and upon the stadium experience--among other things. It's quite interesting, and unless you want my and Sachin's and Detective40oz's and Eastern Bear's answers to be the basis for the results, you may want to get in on it.
What did people say for the "one thing that would improve fan experience" question at the end? I said lower ticket prices.
Of the very few issues I have, ticket prices are not one of them. For about $300.00 I get 18 games and half off on parking. That's about 2 Redskin games.
OK, I was honest and ended up answering a lot of Capitals questions (that's where it took me). Sorry K
Me too and I was quized about the Baltimore Ravens. I said that better educated event staff should be employed. People who can better understand when to get involved in a situation.
If you say you purchase tickets to anyone other than DCU they will give you questions for that team. I said the Wizards first time, so I had to go back and do it again so I could answer all DC United questions.
Because I live in LA I got saddled with questions about the LA Galaxy. I really liked the one about whether or not you respect the players.
Wow, I got DC United and I didn't even have to cheat (errrrr, go back and redo my answers). I guess not liking any other sports team in the area has its advantages... The only time I'll go see the Caps is if the Rangers are in town to smack them around! Thanks for the info about the survey, I hope I win the sweepstakes!
I said to get rid of the "entertainment package" and let the event be about the game, not the jock rock.
That, essentially, was my answer as well. Although I added in bits about crass commercialism impacting the pace of play (across the board in sport, that is).
