They are playing with lots of fire and passion and that makes for great soccer.
Jorge Valle has great poise on the ball and Sedgewick and Pernia work great together in the back. Go luck to the sharks.

You have to take your hat off to them when you find out that they practice outdoors. Has this ever been the case with any other indoor team?

Are you suggesting that, in the absence of a proper indoor soccer facility in the greater Orlando area, the owner has created an indoor soccer playing filed OUTSIDE (similar to that which the Sockers used years ago)... or are the SHAmRocKS kicking it around in a public park whenever the U10 teams aren't training on it? (Couldn't The Sham at least purchase some 8-foot tables and turn them on their sides, for crying out loud?)

Sham is losing his hat (and shirt) on this.

I agree, the team is coming together and playing well. The game on Friday where they beat the Kixx was a great tv event. The Sharks number one problem is they are shunning the media. The media relationship needs to improve asap.

By the way the NIFL (National Indoor Football League) which is a real rinky dink outfit of an indoor gridiron football circuit has burnt so many bridges in convention centers, horse arenas, hockey rinks and airplane hangers they simply cannot get a arena to work with them in the entire country. So they are going to play indoor football, OUTDOORS this year on HS fields.

They are practicing outdoors. I don't think they have any walls. But they might be using tables after they read your suggestion.

No they are not using tables and your right they still practice outdoors. They went to califiornia a day early to practice in the cougars home, the playes said it help. They need a indoor practice fac. The City of Kissimmee has offer their arena,( much smaller then the amway arena but who care they don't draw over 5,000) but the Orlando feels it is too far of a treak and not central enough. Kissimmee arena is about 45 min south east from downtown Orlando where they play so I don't feel is much of a treak but they feel the fans might not come.

Luis, what kind of crowds are they drawing? They only had 2,400 (announced) for the opener and 1,500 for the next game and then they stopped announcing anything. Someone who doesn't go to their games (like me) would assume that the crowds only went down from there.

We'd appreciate any eye witness action you can give us since it looks like you're our only link to their exploits (although I am going to a game there in less than 2 weeks).

They had over 3,000 in the last game best crowd they had all year. I guess winning games helps. they draw about 1,500 - 2,500 at most games.
