i have not found anything? even after the loss to Tito... he saved face and spoke.. I think this one hurt him more

The thing about him and Tito was that he really liked Trinidad because when Vargas was a youngster on the Olympic team Tito took some time out to talk to him so they had a friendship. On the other hand he seems to really hate De La Hoya.
It's boxing, they have to hate each other. Do you recall all that crazy talk tyson was saying about lewis's kids. It turned out that Tyson was just talking to promote the fight. It's a con game and we're the suckers for believeing that boxer truly hate each other.In they end they really love each other De la Hoya and Vargas, because without one the other would not be able to make that fat cash. By the way I heard that Vargas was still in the hospital.
I heard that De La Hoya actually used to be Vargas' idol but there was incident that occurred,and I think De La Hoya insulted him and that's where all this hatred started.

The incedent as they described on the Pay Per View telecast was a few years back both Vargas and Oscar were traing in Big Bear and Vargas tripped and fell into a snowbank and De la hoya happened to be jogging by right at the moment and laughed at Vargas. According to Vargas he has hated ever since then. For his part Oscar doesn't recall the incedent.
So that's the reason Vargas hates De La Hoya just because he fell and De La Hoya laughed at him.That stupid,I thought It would be something cool,like Oscar took Vargas' girlfriend or something.
