It's Coca-Cola. Too high in caffeine and coca leaf flavoring.

    What you expected?

Nuno Assis? maybe 4 years ago, but the midfield was crammed with talent back then...Cesar Peixoto???? as a left back???? don't know what he did to get in the squad, but not to worry...he'll be injured by next week.

Thanks Carlos...it was a good run  you blow!

Croatia on top seems to be the best pick atm. Greece coming second.

Russia would show us how we used to play. Perhaps revenge the 7-1 beating we gave them.

There is a little trend though. For the euro we barely qualified, going in at the last second to a tie. And now for this tournament we are even in a worse position...

If one would take a look at a trend, perhaps we will make this tournament, but completely fall of the face of the earth for Euro 2012....And I kind of want to be in that tournament, being that the earth is going to come to an end a few months later and all.

With two wins you'll overtake Greece and be seeded. You're looking at: Czech Republic, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Ronaldo comentou as palavras do ex-colega.

I agree and thats why I hope we qualify even if we suck atm. ppl who say we should not qualify so changes happen are off their rocker.

remember euro 08, we sucked in qualifying but then when we got there the team played so much better, until scolari's butt secks party with chelsea ruined team morale and we went down the shitter.

FORCA PORTUGAL we gonna be in AFRICA .. I BELEIVE and always DID

If it was only up to ourselves, I would feel a little more optimistic bud but the fact is that we need help from others so you never know. If Portugal wins both and Denmark loses one and ties one, it could get kind of interesting too. I could end up a three way tie with 19 points

That's the UEFA ranking for Euro 2012 qualification. They're still 17th in the FIFA rankings, which is how the seeding will be determined. They could jump ahead of Greece though.

In response to the thread title.

Not yet. Do the business vs Malta and then we'll see what comes next.

The fact that we even have to go to playoffs is a joke. The FPF need to start over.

well going to play offs is alot better than failing to qualify altogether.

this is the first time we will (lets hope we beat malta) ever participate in a play off.

past portuguese teams were simply too good for a play off, or (majority of the time) too shit to even make the play off.

I'll give ronaldo credit for the time he put in while injured but he has much more sacrifices to make to win me back.

Let's not forget while the NT was playing a friendly he decided to play Paris when he is supposed to be the captain and have an eye on the team and be in the locker room.

He was apparently injured that time as well. But it would have been nice if he was with the team regardless.
