Happy Canada Day, eh! Most of us poutine suckers are already out at the cottage seasoning some beaver and moose steaks to go on the barbeque latter today. Of course, a few beers will be involved during the day's festivities and I only drink good beer (not that swill that Labatts or Molsons produce). I only drink the good stuff produced by our good friends in Holland, Belgium and Germany. So I hope you will all join in a toast to our 148th birthday. Happy Birthday Canada!

Happy indeed. Too bad Team Canada wasn't playing on Canada Day. Instead we see the endless blather of the Jays being actually Canada's team and the minutia of NHL free agency.
