We need to contact that guy on yesterdays halftime show..and that girl whomade 11 out of15 balls from outside the box to play strikers.... that was fun...i have always wanted to just kick a soccer ball at RFK!!!!! what was up w that guy w the glasses yesterday at halftime show...damn...kicks worse than Kovalenko. the girl should have won, wasnt fair competing w mn.
She did win(not literally), she was bending the ball like beckham. so was the first guy, his first shot went far post top corner while bending in.
I agree. Little kids playing soccer is the best show they've put on so far. If they did it last weekend, maybe we would have at least seen a goal.
We could have used one or two more people working the concessions at halftime. That was a complete and utter disaster.
Frisbee Dogs The frisbee dogs they had a couple of years back were the best! Highly entertaining. The tiny tots playing McDonald's characters was fairly amusing as well.
A couple of more at Will Call before the game would have helped as well. There were 2 lines up the hill and down the sidewalk a bit. Oh, and yeah, kiddie soccer at halftime rules. That should be a permanent fixture. DC United U-7s vs. the team Etch sponsors. If the Etch kiddies win, Etch gets to play, otherwise, its pine time for him and Bobby gets to run the middle!
