Yes Niko has had three good years for us, but not that much better than Razov Razov 76 goals in 155 games .49 goals per game Niko 47 goals in 88 games .53 goals per game Yes Niko has less shots, but he's a poacher he doesn't get many opportunities. His shots come inside the 18 (9), unlike Razov many of his shots came from outside the box. That being said, I'd have LOVED to seen how many goals Niko could have scored if he had Peter Nowak playing with him. and It didn't help that Pauno didn't much like Niko the last year and half, Pauno isn't a very good coach.
https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2019/08/19/team-week-presented-audi-zlatan-takes-charge-week-24 Niko makes the team, I can't believe that Pauno wasn't the coach. No I do.
It's rivalry week. I guess New England is our rivalry this year. https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2019...eek-here-breaking-down-whats-stake-across-mls I guess we don't count, don't make list......
Maybe this should be in the 2020 Roster Speculation Thread (if we had one). Should we wish to look for another over-the-hill international goalkeeper. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/gossip Chilean goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, 36, is set to leave Manchester City at the end of the season on a free transfer
Mo was making 135k (Dax's 700k), doing the same or better job than Dax, we could have saved 395k of budget space and saved 170k of TAM. That's the same reason why NYRB trade Dax to us, they had a younger/cheaper player ready to go. Only if we had a GM/President that knew what he was doing.
Well he is nowhere near as good a passer as Dax nor as experienced with the game..lets not get carried away..But..Mo is an excellent destroyer good for keying out enemy attackers very well...and good future replacement.
Come on now, all they (Dax and Mo) have to do, is win the ball and get the ball to Nico (which probably is a 5-10 yard pass), it's not like they are proving the last pass. How do you think you get experience? Wait by playing. It's not like we are MLS CUP contenders, this would have been a great the time to get the kid some experience.
The problem with Mo was that as soon as he picked up a card, he was essentially useless for the remainder of the game
Bumped from the Game thread: What kind of message does it send when you consistently fail to play your best players, and (in the case of Katai) continuously talk shit about the player in public? There is no evidence to substantiate if any of your allegations are true (and I am not conceding that they are). However, for the sake of argument, let's say he is a whiny little bitch. It is, likely, a chicken and egg thing. Yes, Mihailovic has come off as "entitled" (and I have heard this from a couple of reliable sources), but clearly he has the talent to start. That should be developed. He has demonstrated on the field that he has the talent to start and start consistently. He is worlds better than Azira, Bronico or anyone else they are throwing into that other midfield position. If his attitude has soured, that is down to management. Also, he is a very young, immature kid. Perhaps, he needs to grow up a bit, but Paunovic is hurting the team by not starting him. End of story Nope, Mahailovic should be starting, since he is among the best 11-12 players on the team. What you have described (if true, and I am not conceding that it is true) is the very definition of Paunovic's rewarding those who are "practicing happily." and the other ridiculous things he has said.
and Milhailovic was Pauno favorite player, at least for the the 16 games, starting just about every game. Then for some reason he fell out of favor and Bronico took over his starting spot. I believe Bronico has started and played the entire 90+ minutes since game #17. If Pauno thinks that Broinco is better than Milhailovic, that just shows how clueless he is. Is Milhailovc's contract up after this year?
