In a article of the Journal de Jura; Yakin states that he will not be at Basel next year. Hw is 26 and wants a chance to see how he would do in a foreign league. Celtic and Liverpool are losted as possible destinations. He also hints that Rossi and Giminez will probatly leave also.

Let me guess, the rumored replacements are Ricardo Cabanas, Richard Nunez and Antonio Barijho

As for Yakin, he should go to a team where he gets lots of playing time...

It would be a shame to have him waste his talent on the bench. I think of Thomasson (?) the Danish striker who is with AS Milan. He gets about ten minutes every other game. Sure he is getting a huge paycheck, but no playing time. Lets hope this does not happen to Hakin.
