I definitely think Zepehrin, Jerome and Maurice should not have been picked. They have not played in a while.
Missing in action in this squad call-up in my opinion are: Sony Norde, Alcenat, and C. Francois (even though he's been recently released).

No he's not lol.. That's remotely from being a valid excuse since he's hardly even sniffed the field at Monaco and the CB depth in France is much greater than what his talent has shown to be. His only and best option is Haiti, someone needs to get that thru his skull since he hasn't played first team ball since he was at Valenciennes.

He had a very good game from what I could hear on the radio. I couldn't watch him.
He did have a good game in the midweek UEFA game too with a few chances. He seems to be settling right in the team.

Saint Preux was in action this weekend with Azam FC (Tanzania) in that country's Community Shield-type game. I have not been able to find much on that game yet. The Tanzania League season start next weekend.
Peterson was trying out for Azam as of a month ago, but he did not feature in the pre-game squad on Sunday.

As for Fabrice, as of last week (September 2nd) he was still playing for ATM in Malaysia, coming in at half time in a Malaysian Cup game his team lost.

I have no idea what his plan will be this time. Will he go with more local players now that the national league has started, or continue to select only foreign-based players.

In any case, there are definitely some guys I would like to see called up:
Steward Ceus (as #2 goalkeeper), he and Placide are the only GK (that I know) we have so far in action this month.
Alcenat and Judelin Aveska deserve to be called and in the starting lineup; Hopefully we get to see Jeff Louis, Picault and Sarki show up.

Just a long shot but I would like to see him call up Vainqueur (from Dynamo Moscow) and see if he's opened to play for Haiti.
