I don’t know how he played. He played 24 minutes. I just watched the highlights. He caused a penalty. Really sloppy defending by Herrera. I hope he does better.

 

I watched the game, and he did quite poorly, honestly. It looked like his early days at Porto. He lost the ball in a forbidden area more than a few times, and was responsible for conceding a PK. It's clear that at the moment Simeone doesn't see him as a first choice for his team. let's hope things change, but the competition for a spot is so fierce I'm afraid his playtime will be limited this season.

 

I feel that HH is one of the guys who flourishes if his confidence or belief in him is high.

He’s probably nervous. New team members, new manager, new everything. He has to impress.

He didn't do terrible, but you can't objectively say he did fine either. Like I said, he did so-so, not just because what he did, but because of what he didn't do.
