I think Hiddink overrates himself, as do most people who fancy him. He had top material with PSV so winning the title wasen't that big a achievement. At the WC he was two times very lucky and he had a team that fought for their honour (which is somewhat the most important thing in Asia, wheras the South-Koreans are quite traditional). At the WC'98 he also had top-material (and should've become world champion #$%#%@ ;)). Winning the European Cup in '88 with PSV was maybe an achievement, but algain: top material, with al lot of money. In all cases, players he didn't thaught. He failed tremendously with PSV this year in the CL, and also failed to keep Betis Sevillia in the Primera Division while they haden't such a bad team. He's alway speaking in terms of 'naieve' and 'not ready', while it's mostly to blame on his tacticle faults.

That is why I'm not worried if he goes to Barcelona :D

I still think Hiddink is a good coach. But Barca? Come on, they just brought in Antic (sp). I think he's done a decent job considering he came into a situation where relegation was looming. I think this next year he'll do good things.
