8,484 aficionados showed up, and the total earnings were 29,898.9 US Dollars. It's a sad reality, maybe if more fans would show up we would have a more successful league.

Im checking in in the new thread

The clasico was one of the most competitive iv'e seen in a long time las cremas were pretty damn close to beating municipal in a long time.

    but the poor attendence sucked,

does any one know if cementos progreso is getting seating installed too like mateo???? or some type of remodeling ,since comunicaciones hasn't played one game there all this season???

Checking in as well. I hope to contribute a lot more from now on...

2 Questions: 1. When was the last time the cremas won a clasico? 1995? :D No seriously I'd like to know. 2. Does anyone know what the prices were for this clasico? Could that be the reason? Last time I was in Guate general was like Q30, absurd.

Cool. I knew it was like 10 but I lost count. Let's hope the streak continues...

Thanks. That's actually about the same thing from 4 years ago I think. But it's still high. General should be like Q15 and Preferencia 40, if they want people to go.

Heres the ticket prices in US Dollars.

    Palco: $19.75
    Tribuna: $9.88
    Preferencia: $6.58
    General Sur: $3.95
    General Norte: $3.95

In US dollars the prices look very cheap, I think the prices should stay the same.

Yeah, but does the minimum wage in the US convert to the same in the Guate? No. You can't measure that way.

Anyway that really was a low attendance. But it was a pretty good match. Comuniladrones was pretty close to win.

I dont know if it may be the prices that keep the fans away. But the stadium should of been at least half full.

than they have a suspended player Mynor davila for 6 months

It seems to that with so many guys loaned/sold they should have some money to go and get some other experienced guys.

When your supporters have come to expect a certain level and you are one the two two most recognized and popular clubs in your country you have to maintain at a certain level or at least--They need to reload...

Maybe they they have some great youngsters that we just don't know about who they expect to blow up really soon.

yeah hernan sandoval might go back to las cremas he's the best forward i think in guatemala next to villatoro, but sandoval is younger and has greater things ahead

Las kremas have honduran carlos pavón. He has helped a bit , but not enough to improve the team, which for me is good news. :D . I think their president alvaro arzu should resign!! I really think he's the problem.
