Cuba will be harder then we anticipated don't be surprised of a close match, they will try to get us on pure individual play..

Good win Guate. I see you recovered from going a goal down to win. So y'all now tied with the warriors for second but ahead on goal difference I think. Things have now become very interesting in this group. Anyway it sets up a "huge" game in Guatemala on matchday 4. Looking forward to that .

I'm really impressed with Jean Marquez, he had a huge game today. Him and Pappa were the best players out there. El Pando had two nice assists, and El Pescado found his scoring groove. He's still slow, but his two goals today were class.

I think that if Ruiz doesn't score that first goal that we would have never scored the rest of the game. It seemed like one of those games for a while. We could have had 2 in the first 5 minutes and then we're down one goal 20 minutes later. Thank god everything changed for the better. Arriba Guate!!!

We control our own destiny. That's the great part. The game against Trinidad is a MUST win. No queda de otra. I don't want to go into the last match day needing a result vs the US. If that's the case though I'm definitely making the 14 hour drive to Denver for the game...

Same lineup just take Thompson out. That guy was HORRIBLE the first half. He created more chances for Cuba then they did themselves.

The next two games are key. I'd hate to go into the last game having to beat the US because Trinidad scored 5 on Cuba. Hopefuly we can beat Trinidad in Guate, tie or beat Cuba on the road...and go "park the bus" in Denver. :D

have Contreras in for Thompson. the Defense tonight was perfect, excelent Mid and Fish was aight. Thompson should be out vs T&T. Cabrera should be back, i say Primi should call up Leonel Noriega, he's was a dog wen Bolillo would call him up. Excelent game tonight!! 2nd place BABY!!!!!!!

    Ok so Im back.
I drove to Oakland to Playa Azul (30 minute drive) to find that they were only showing the catrachos game, and the game was only televised in San Francisco another (30 minute drive)...anyways I finally got to El Tapatio Night Club and I walk in to a big screen with a 1-0 advantage for Cuba....WTF

    Observations:

What the heck was primitivo thinking putting thompson in as a back, he was unreliable, they were winning the balls, too short to jump with the Cubans, had bad clearance and it divided a good ambiance our defense had.....His spot has been taking over by JJ MARQUEZ I told you guys JJ MARQUEZ is a player to watch.....Pando another good game and most important did not pick up second yellow....good game for Pappa,,,,Garcia was a little lost....but a great result...overall....and to top it off i had a beer with those nice sexy SF ladies...2 wins and were in.

    NUEVAS CONVOCATORIAS MUCHA
