Shocking, the Mexican'ts are crying about stuff that has nothing to do with them. Shocking.

And he might’ve gotten a red card in the 31st minute. Messi’s rules.

It helps when you play by your own rules. That was a red card for any other player, including Zidane in 1998. And any close offside decision can be manipulated by when you freeze the image on the pass. 2022 bias redux. Algeria scored a legit goal. Argentina should have been tied 1-1 and 10 vs. 11 from minute 31.

It's off-side in every possible frame you pick, the ball has a sensor.

That red card for Zidane was complete nonsense btw.

Accidental + just grazes the guy. Similar to Messi's in the lack on intention and intensity/force.

Very hard call but I think it is a penalty. One defender got ball the first defender took him out. It's a matter of which action happened first.

Messi is just not great at penalties in World Cups historically.

He's not great at penalties, period (he's like a career 79% guy). He's the primary PK everywhere because of his name, not his ability.

He's great everywhere else, just not there.

Which makes me laugh even more when people say things like Argentina won the World Cup cause they got a lot of penalties.
Uhhhhh, they still had to make them. Duh.

Well, they did shoot a lot of them to win in Qatar and, for their credit, they made them.
