Argentina playing their style of game now. Algeria just looks stunned.

 

Argentina dancing around the field with fancy heel flicks.

 

That Messi tackle was worse than the Hakimi one.

 

Algeria looking tired.

 

Messi being a little too ambitious.

 

40 minutes to put a shot on goal.

 

Algeria looking like a mid table French club with that type of shooting.

 

The bad news for Algeria is that they are being outclassed in almost every way. Argentina looks leaps and bounds better.
The good news is that they are only losing by one. Still anyone’s game.

 

Zidane really should have saved that shot. It was kind of right at him.

Argentina much sharper with passing and movement, but Algeria started to come alive near the end of the half.

I guess I overrated Algeria and had too many high hopes in them. Oh well. Argentina did play pretty well however and deserve a lot of credit.

We weren't that good except for Messi and De Paul.

Now, Algeria was even worse than I imagined. We played a low block of sorts and they had no clue what to do.
