Really looking forward to the Germany- Ivory Coast match. Could end up being the best match of the Group stage.

 

CIV starting a 352 with Diomande up top in what will very likely be a free role where he can roam anywhere on the pitch.

Wonder how Germany will deal with that as they were likely going to double team him on the left side.

He has never played in this role for CIV or even his club I dont think.

Sloppy from CIV but it was a foul.

 

It is like a prize fight with two boxers with different styles.
It will be interesting to see if Ivory Coast can hang on.

 

Looked like it got caught up in his feet.

Not too shocked, I thought Ivory Coast's odds were a bit too long, though I still liked Germany to win. But Ivory Coast +1.5 made a lot of sense, I even put a long shot bet on Ivory Coast and Germany to finish 1-2 respectively at 9.5-1. That could be great.....

I still think Germany wins 3-2 or 2-1 though. Will be a great second half.

That was coming. IC looked really tired. I think the lack of subs really came back to bite them/turned out to be a mistake.

Ecuador can't score but Curacao are not as bad as Germany made them look.
