Clear penalty for Scotland not given near the end.

That could be crucial in the final analysis.

    Unlucky.

    Lol.

    Not even close.

Did you see all the hard core body checks the ref was allowing both teams to commit in this match ? Then hes gonna award a dive as a penalty ? yeah right.

It was a late tackle and he didn't play the ball.

    That's a foul 100%!

He didnt play the ball. He also didnt play the player. Dude just flopped. Ridiculous.

Dude was diving all match, he had a clear dive in the penalty area earlier as well.

Neither did Haiti supporters but they were still louder than Brazil fans at times last night.

Interestingly, Haiti finished below Curacao in their qualifying group and in their head-to-head Curacao beat Haiti 5-1 on neutral ground.

But Haiti may be more battle tested since they can't play any games at home, which of course makes qualifying more challenging.

I know Netherlands are great but I know Japan too well (I live in Japan) and I just think they would cause us more problems.

Huge loss for Brazil if Raph can't get back to 100%. He wasn't really at his best in the first 1.5 matches he played, albeit playing out of his favorite position, but being such a team player that he is gives Brazil that potential to get better. Its a bit of a drop off in quality & experience to Rayan or Henrique.

Should still kick Scotland’s butt without him in Miami Gardens.

They deserved better from the Scotland match, but Morocco & Brazil are tough asks for the Haitians & Scots.

I can't help but think we could have taken the 1st rank if we took this match more seriously.

Haiti led 1-0 and 2-1, but Morocco responded quickly, and Morocco dominated statistics. With a 3-0 loss to Brazil, Scotland finished with 3 points and -3. In terms of them being one of the best eight third place teams, Bosnia and Herzegovina is better with 4 points. Sweden will be a better third place team if they lose by 1 or 2 to Japan. Croatia will be a better third place team if they lose by 1 to Ghana. If Czech Republic loses or draws at Mexico and South Africa loses or draw to South Korea tonight, third place from Group A will have 1 or 2 points (1 point if CR and SA both lose), and the third place team will be worse than Scotland.

I agree. They really miss their opportunity in losing against Scotland, there was really room to win that one.

Based on what happened at euros with best third qualifications, a team usually needs 3 points and a goal difference of at least -1 to hope qualifying.

Scotland being at -3 will make it very tough for them.
