I think Ancelotti's Brazil win this group. Morocco is very good too, but keep in mind they recently lost their coach and changed coaches. Not sure how much it'll affect them or ruin the rythemn, but potentially slightly more than people give credit for and consider.

I still feel like Morocco is a strong time, but I say Brazil first and Morocco second.

Scotland also not to be underestimated and has some talent like Robertson and McTominay. It'll be interesting to see if they can make third place advancement or not.

Wouldn't be surprised if Morocco and Brazil draw and whoever scores more on Haiti wins the group.

I definitely could see that happening but I think Brazil will definitely win on goal difference. Their attack and style of play is stronger up front than Morocco being more midfield possession based, tactical and attacking at the right times.

Yeah, plus I think its more likely that Morocco drop points in one of their other matches. Don't see that happening to Brazil at all.

No Joao Pedro, that's surprising considering the season he's having.

    Yeah, that's nuts!

In some WCs this could have been explained with "Well the bar is set high for a Brazilian forward" but meanwhile they invited Neymar. Plus a whole slew of forwards that are just as devoid of experience at this level as Pedro.

Not so if to consider his performances with NT shirt, basically in each game he played he did poor and players in his position were simply better. That happened under Dorival, the same continued under Ancelotti and moreover most of the times he came to NT camps being in good shape, scoring for his club. Mostly in such situation psychological factor could be an issue, for some players NT shirt might simply be too heavy to cope with pressure and they underperform. Especially when you play for such top football nation like Brazil. Then coach might lose trust in player. Meanwhile Endrick or the same Igor Thiago used their chances much better, so they are in

People like to look at things solely through the lense of club futbol which can be very misleading.
National team culture and dynamics are very different.

I see, we had players like that in Morocco too like El Hamdaoui toping the scorer rank when he was playing with Suarez in Ajax but being completely useless in the NT. The chemistery with the team mates is very important in football, can't just pick the best names as if you were going to play in playstation.
    What about Joelinton ?

That's normal bro, for outsiders who don't follow a national team the data we have is from club football.

    I know.
Myself is included in that statement. There's probably Moroccans I watch at Club level and say how come that dude is not on their squad. Or how come they are only bench players.
Then you would have to inform me and give me your opinion about it. :D

Moroccan coach called 28 players for a pre camp to give a chance to some players.
Players who still have club duties were not called and will join later for the real camp : Yassine Bounou, Issa Diop, Chadi Riad, Redouane Halhal, Zakaria El Ouahdi, Achraf Hakimi, Noussair Mazraoui, Neil El Aynaoui, Abde Ezzalzouli, Sofiane Amarabat, Rabie Hrimat, Bilal El Khannous, Amine Adli, Soufiane Rahimi and Brahim Diaz.

He's kinda alternative with the NT but he's having a great season so I hope he'll be more consistent.
On his good days he puts fire on the left side.
