    So here we have Korea, one of the strong favorites for the Cup, hoping to avoid the upsets we saw in earlier matches.

    I thought UAE would be clear favorites, but there's no such thing as a cupcake in this tournament, it seems.

    UAE clear favorites of Group B? I predicted them to finish last in the group....

    I predict a strong showing from Korea, even though Jordan is a good and upcoming team.

    I think Jordan might prove to be a bit of an obsticle for the Koreans.

    It is in this match where Jowhari proves that he hasn't been getting lucky. I think the outcome will be very interesting...

    I meant to say UAE are favorites vs Kuwait, but I haven't seen either team in a long time so I realize I could be way off. Korea are clear favorites of the group of course, but you never know, strange things happen in AC.

    when you lose to the vietnamese the omanese, tie with the maldives and the carribeans..anything is an obstacle.

    of course that's just to say that i'm being modest, at the least but oh well

    Korea 2 : 0 Jordan :)

    Jordan won't be walk-over for us. They are the most improved team in Asia at the moment and are the fifth ranked Asian team. They beat Iran three times in their last four outings and they will be expecting to pull a similar result against the Korean side. By looking at Korea's poor recent form ( Contrary to Jordan's fantastic performance at the WCQ ) , I wouldn't bet too much money on Korea winning this match by 3-0. ;)


    Anyways, here's the latest news from Korean camp. Park JS of PSV Eindhoven won't start for today's match. :(

    He is the most influential midfielder in our squad and it will be a major blow. He's still struggling with an injury he sustained in a friendly match against T & T. There's a speculation that he might not also be able to play other remaining matches.

    Local time is GMT+8 and San Francisco (DST) is GMT-7, so just subtract 15 from whatever the listed time is. It's easier for East Coast because you just flip AM and PM.

    Yeah, without Park, our offense gonna suck more than ever...

    Hell, we friggin draw with Trinidad and Tobago, how are we going to beat Jordan? I say 1-1 draw, i would love to be optimistic but i can't seem to...

    Hopefully we beat them like 7-0 and start getting back to 2002 shape, but i think it's most likely not to happen so like i say, a 1-1 draw...


    BTW, any chance i could see this match online?

    1-0 Korea..Jordan is improving and because of our results lately we are going to win by 1 goal I think. We don't even have Park...

    I don't know...I heard there is few site I'll check them out.
    But there is always naver.com where they will keep you update on match minutes by minutes.

    I predict my man Ahn will score a triple hattrick and the Jordanian(??) goalkeeper will spontaneously combust and die. :D








    But seriously...

    I predict a 2-0 win for Korea.

    umm...am I seeing correctly?? it says on Naver that Kim Nam ill and Seol are wide and Lee Young Pyo on middle??!!

    Heavy $$ movement on Korea in the last 1 hour before the match..
    Looks like Korea by 2 (if the big boys got this right) as the AH is 1 ball with only 825 winnings for every 1000 ...
