Julian Green has dislocated his shoulder and is out for three weeks. I don't know how detrimental a shoulder injury is, but three weeks out of nine weeks prior to the WC is a lot. At this point I think he and the rest of us will be looking forward t seeing him at the next go round. “Julian has a shoulder dislocation,” Bayern press officer Markus Hörwick told MLSsoccer.com. “He is doing a little rehab, but mostly he will need to rest for about three weeks.” http://prosoccertalk.nbcsports.com/...slocated-shoulder/?ocid=Yahoo&partner=ya5nbcs
Actually, it's alright. Perhaps a "blessing in the skies" This way, if Klinsmann really doesn't want to take him, he can use this injury as an easy out.
I'm worried now, shouldn't this kid have two shoulders? Maybe he's actually some sort of alien blob in disguise?
Its a Mike Ditka thing. When a player on the Bears was injured, Ditka would say "He's got a knee" or whatever was hurting said player.
Yea, maybe in a month but, you'll lose fitness/timing, can't strength train, yadda..yadda. It sucks. Been there a couple of times and two months for old goats like me to get back to normal. He may show up again in six weeks ready to roll.
Couldn't you have given us just a little while longer to think about how awesome it would be to have an alien blob playing for us in Brazil? Anyway, I'm sorry the kid is injured. It looked like it might have happened in the Mexico friendly.
Ditka wouldn't even use 'is out with' part. It was just "he's got a back" or "he's got a knee", funny stuff like that.
