    I'm officially scared of him!

Now that the Rapids are in the Conf Finals again it reminds me of '97 when MH's heroics carried them to the title game. I'm hoping he helps carry Reading to promotion. He and Convey, of course. They're well on their way.

Who's the Man? Hahnemann! (There's a cheer for you, Reading fans, straight from Mile High!)

"As with many graduates of the American college system, Hahnemann is courteous, open and articulate." - nose, meet beer - expel forcefully.

Glad I read this article. I was planning on cutting the brake lines on his Porshe but now I have reconsidered as I fear I may be shot in the process.

So when's Marcus going to run for the Oval Office? He'd have my vote in a minute. Actually, he might leave me no chioce as the intimidation factor weighs in but not so much it would make your cringe and run. Gotta love Marcus, an all-around good fella, who's made himself a great player.

He's a nice counter to all the people who say that soccer players are pansies: a gun-toting, bad-ass gearhead... he's bald too :D

so our top two goalkeepers are 1) a mascot-attacking metal head & 2) a gun-toting psycho with balls the size of saturn.

I think this is in the context of the typical British footballer. Alot of those guys stop taking school seriously earlier than Tracy McGrady and Lebron James did.

You're really gonna hate my next avatar. I want to find a picture of the back of Keller's teammate Fukal's jersey, with the line "You don't know me" under it. I haven't found one yet. I may have to go with a picture of the guy's face.

A cross between a jarhead, a survivalist and a skinhead hooligan.
Come and have a go if you think you're hard enough...

And to top it off, the best keeper outside the prem. :p

This is great, but then he needs that attitude to survive in Berkshire. just like Seattle, always been a pretty rough and tumble place...

Makes a lot of sense to me, "If I go out, I have a gun on me", this coming from a guy who's "never even heard a gunshot in the street"? I'd call that a paranoid, unbalanced, too many Dirty Harry movies obsession that would make me question his judgement on and off the field. Yeh right Marcus, "security is always an issue", when was the last time your life was threatened porsching it to the Starbucks in a posh district of Seattle?

When some crazy, pshyco exec from Microsoft realizes you cut in line at Starbucks and proceeds to go off the handle saying how its a metaphor of his overworked, yet under appreciated, failing marriage and family life. :)

I guess being SWASS is little bit harder in Berkshire than Seattle.

From what I recall years ago when he was at Millwall, Kasey Keller is a gun-nut too, talking of his joy at firing off rounds at home on the range and how he could get a gun in London if he wanted to. Forgive me for being English but why does anyone need 13 firearms?
