I am reposting this comment on the Jim Dow column because I feel the original Subject headline was too innocuous to attract attention. I have reworded the headline. This column by Jim is really worth reading by Rev fans.

Well, Jim Dow, you did it again. A really interesting column at RevsNet.com, mostly about Jose Cancela. I had the feeling he was a really good guy from just watching his expressions on TV, and you verified that.

Yeah, that was a great article! It seems like his manner and attitude work well with the team. It's also good to hear that he wants to stick around. I have a feeling that we've only seen the tip of the iceberg of what he can do.

    Nicely done Jim.

He is well spoken, and focused.
It is interesting that most players from other cultures, (especially Latin America), seem to easily philosophize about the game's relation to life and vice versa. Their respect for the game somewhat parallels the basic pillars that hold up their spiritual and cultural foundation.
