Graziani is doing good with the Earthquake. I also understand and read articles stating that Club Deportivo Emelec was broke. I can understand Graziani being loaned to Emelec until the April. Afterwards, he should return to San Jose.

I have seen him several times and he gave me the opinion of a good,powerfull striker. In the national team,with Kaviedes and Delgado it was difficult to play.A bad man could say:Kaviedes plays over Graziani...Kaviedes has 0 games with Celta and not wanted...so what the hell a player is Graziani????....I don't believe that though!!
It is my understanding that Graziani was not included on the latest WC squad because he was born in Argentina and got Ecuador citizenship via his grandmother being an Ecuadoran. The coach wanted to build team spirit by only having players that were 'true' Ecuadorans on the squad.

(Do you think his daddy had something to do with it?) He's nothing great, he's not as fat as the rest of them and he is usually on the bench but I guess he's got something to be good enough to score a couple of goals in the local league.
