"Mad Dog in the Fog" on Haight St. Not sure about MLS but they opened early for EPL matches, then showed La Liga later in the day when I went there.
It's ok, depends what you're looking for. Mad Fog is better. There are a bunch in downtown, as well, as some on Mission Street. But like someone said, not sure about MLS action.
I haven't been up to SF for MLS for a while (apparently, having a kid changes things) but in the past, Kezar Pub would gladly show MLS on Saturday afternoons / evenings. They used to have the Direct Kick package -- not sure if they still do.
