you have a good jaw and facial structure. This is typical of men from Madeira - see CR7 for example. I am sure you could still get the ladies, the key is you need to maybe lose weight now and workout. Even if you are bald , many of the women don’t care as long as you are in decent shape. if you need any tips let me know, I have also lost much of my hair.
