Ref called offside but nothing was there. Tigres keeper's boot into the chest of the Santos attacking player, no card, no call.

    GOAL! Tigres 1-1.
68' Lobos with a fantastic chip off the free kick that catches Sanchez off guard.

    Gomez in the game now.

Santos give up another free kick just outside the area.

EDIT: Lobos free kick, this time it's over the bar

    Full Time, 1-1

Gomez wasn't involved at all. Played about 15 mins. From what I saw it looked like he was deployed on the left side, left mid. I didn't hear his name called once except for when he was subbed on. Baloy made some crucial tackles in the dying minutes to stop Tigres. Santos were very much settling for the draw towards the end.

EDIT: Reyes the Tigres keeper was very lucky not to have seen red early in the 2nd half. The ref wrongly called offside on a ball played over top the Tigres defense. During that sequence Reyes' boot was very high and went into the chest of the Santos attacker as both players went up to challenge for the ball.

2nd leg is Sunday May 13.
