Anyone still missing tickets on the app? Finally going thru the Tickets and some just aren’t transferring to the app.
Apart from 2 stadiums the seating capacity of the other 6 is around 40k. Even seats high up in those stadiums will have a great view of the pitch and general play and atmosphere will be awesome too. My local football team has around 35k seating capacity and the high up seats are one the best ones. Even Al Bayt is 60k capacity so not too bad. Comparing that to the 90k Capacity of Wembley Stadium where the high up seats are a bit too far up (especially with Club Wembley Hospitality area taking most of the middle tier) our seats to most of the games across the 8 Qatar stadiums may be alright guys. Hence why I am going to focus on a couple of tickets I’m trying to still get as opposed to trying and change high seats in Khalifa stadium to the lower bowl for England vs Wales as an example. Otherwise there will be no rest prior to WC starting - although it does feel like an addictive game many a time trying to get tickets. Hope you get what you are looking for Team BS
I’m also hearing that Bein sports have the TV coverage rights to the WC in Qatar and the games will not be shown free to air on local television. Anyone know if this is true especially if you are wanting to watch a game in your apartment/ hotel/ clusters from time to time? Some establishments have refused to buy licences to show the matches which means anyone wanting to watch a game at a relaxing cafe or restaurant will need to make sure the games are being shown - otherwise it’s the fan park everyday. Surely all games will be shown on local TV for the worlds biggest sporting event.
Damn thanks but I’m looking for a cat3. Also If will Ferrell is gonna be there I want in!! He’s my hero!
So i has 2 of my 4 for M33 stuck. I called them and has them escálate. By the next morning they were in the app. I am sure it was some weird bug. My original 2 were missing but i bought two guest singles after that and those did make it.
Hello everyone, I've been reading the posts and finally decided to make an account and thank @costasp and @herewegoagain for their tips! So this is my first world cup and as my username suggests, I'm a big Messi fan so hopefully Argentina can win it. A little twist in my plans came earlier in the year when my first kid was born but considering it's Messi's last world cup, I'm stretching my finances and everything else just to go. So, I will have my wife and infant daughter with me. Anyone know from past experience if they will actually enforce the babies need a ticket rule? It's not like she needs a seat, so I find it strange. Does anyone know?
yes, baby need a ticket. Fifa doesn't want to know, all they think about is money, even a one day old baby needs a ticket. Four years ago in Rusia I also brought my 7 month old son. Just need to remember to put headphones on your baby, because the sound in the stadium is very loud
They normally do. It normally doesn't have to be beside you though. It seems to be down to the number of people in the stadium. So you and your wife could get 2 together and get a seat elsewhere for your daughter but she could be in your arms and leave the seat empty. Another word of warning I had to leave games when my children were really young. I had to leave an FAI Cup Final after 45 seconds due to my daughter being upset by the noise. Even smaller games with less than 2K fans became impossible on some occasions fine on others. A World Cup is on another level so be prepared.
They will not let you into the stadium without a ticket for the baby. It it breathes; it needs a ticket. I’ve taken a 9 month to Germany 2006 and an 11 month to SA 2010 Yes, the seat will be empty; you can use it to rest the baby supply bag .
that is surely a practical option but it should be the wife who suggests him so…he can’t himself propose it…
