Going to Qatar 2022: tickets, accommodations, etc. (non-politics)

This may be a bit premature as some don't have all their tickets sorted yet... But I'm trying to compile a list of people that are going to be trying to attend any of the following match combinations. I realize some will say many of these will be impossible. But just in case there's anyone that *is* going to try, I'd love to get your info and check back later to see how you fared - please DM me.

Match combos:
1-2 6hrs
10-12 6hrs
18-20 6hrs
26-28 6hrs
34-36 6hrs
42-44 4hrs
51-52 4hrs

6-8 3hrs
14-16 6hrs
22-24 6hrs
30-32 6hrs
38-40 4hrs
46-48 4hrs

My wife is arriving in time for the final but has no intention of attending any match. I made her the guest on one of my earlier match tickets, and added her to my accommodation, then got her a Hayya card. Later on, I'll change the guest's name on the ticket from hers back to the original guest. Total cost $0.

What's funny is that she has had her Hayya card for weeks and I'm still waiting for mine even though it was approved back in May.

 

I'll be doing. 18-20 with my group. does not seem like a difficult one.

 

Thanks, shoot. Well, another angle: the tickets that don't show up were bought through the initial USSF (USA supporter) sale. Anyone with USA supporter tickets from the initial sale (the weighted lottery) that don't show in the seat maps?

 

I doubt you'll have much trouble between 1 and 2

I have England supporter tickets and they are the ones currently not showing. Earlier they were the first ones to show.

 

Same for me, they showed up fine prior to the resale and after the link was removed the USSF tickets no longer show up.

I have Fidelity and I get all ATM fees refunded, including international ATM fees

 

Good to know - I cancelled my original booking a couple of days ago and was told it can take up to 20 days (5-10 on their end and 7-10 on credit card company's end) to process. Not ideal having two separate $7k+ charges (we're a large group) at the same time.

14-16

Doing 14-16 and 30-32, they do offer the stadium express buses that take you directly from the previous stadium to the next one. I will try to book that if I can

 

Might do 46-47, 46-48 seems tougher

 

I'm not doing any those myself. I'm just looking to get firsthand feedback from others that attempt these.

There is a dedicated busline, provided by some Qatari agency, taking people to eligible same day match games that are minimum of 6 hours apart from each other. The bus line is direct, stadium to stadium. I will be attending M14 and M16
