    I have modified (shortened) my stay in Doha and was wondering how long it takes to get a refund? anyone with the same issue? They don't respond my emails.

    Same here. Waiting for refund on my canceled nights, and they do not reply to emails anymore! Wondering how long we should wait before going down the dispute route!

    QAA emailed me a few days ago saying apartment/hotel refunds will be issued this month.

    I was in the same situation. Resold 1 ticket on August 11th and resold 8 more on Dec 3rd. I didn't see the August refund on my CC at all until mid-December by accident. I loaded all the deposit/withdrawals list on my bank and searched for "FIFA" and it turns out the refund was issued but it was a bit weird. Here are the details from my bank:

    FIFA TICKETING CENTRE
    $228.86

    Transaction Date
    Oct 20, 2022

    Posted on
    Nov 24, 2022

    The actual transaction appeared on the October credit card statement, so no wonder I didn't see the refund because I kept looking at my latest statements in December. You may want to check earlier months to see if the refund came in. It looks like the transaction date and when it actually gets posted can be wildly different.

    I still haven't received the Dec 3rd refunds though.

    The refunds have 100% not come through.

    I know others are also waiting.

    You don't really believe all that, do you? I have been to 7 World Cups, and 7 World Cup Finals, and this one was 7th on the list of "the best." So many organizational problems. The "DJ atmosphere" in the stadiums was just really bad. And the "let's wait 15 minutes for Messi to score, and if he doesn't, give him a penalty" was just pathetic. It might as well have been the "Messi and friends against the world tournament." Really hopeful that 2026 will be 100X better, and certainly more honest. Sorry, if you disagree, but that is my experience.

    Yeah, it kind of seemed like that. I wonder what would have happened if France had all of their players (Benzema, Pogba, Kante, Kimpembe, Mendy, etc.), and if the rest of their players weren't sick for the Final (Griezmann, Giroud, Dembele, Theo Hernandez, etc.). They pretty much played with their C team + Mbappe.

    Does anyone know how we can contact the FIFA Ticketing department to inquire about refund for tickets sold on the resale platform? Any email or phone number from them?

    The portal has been closed (ie. under maintenance - https://fcfs-intl.fwc22.tickets.fifa.com/) since the middle of this week. The general assumption is that when it re-opens, probably sometime next week in alignment with their earlier notice that they would be available by mid-January, you will then be able to order the souvenir tickets then.

    I sold 1 of my tickets when I was in Qatar and got the money refunded to my CC with in a week, I guess I was lucky.

    Any9ne still wait8ng for resale refund ? Still havnt gotten refund for 2 r16 matches.
