Going to North America '26: tickets, accommodations, etc. (non-politics)

Has anybody who bought RTB tickets received their M28 tickets? Those are the last I’m waiting on

 

It is but isn't - you see mainly locals (of course) and Mexican American families. In small pockets of the city. There were a few South Africans on my flight, and saw one Korean yesterday, but there's not any of that "insane melting pot of fans from every country everywhere all the time" given the locations of other games, and the huge price of M1. There was a German guy at the Trophy Tour on Monday but the rest was locals. It's World Cup vibe, but nothing crazy. But let's see how the stadium is tomorrow

 

All RTTs have been sent according to FIFA Collect. I got mine. Was able to get 12 seats together for M32.

 

Dallas has Netherlands japan England and Croatia then two Argentina matches... Probably will be the most vibe early on...

Then Miami later with Scotland Brazil Colombia and Portugal followed by England r32

...and Dallas also gets to host the IBC, which "feeds" what a gazillion eyeballs will view for the next few weeks. I'll be in Miami for some fun crowd interaction...samba in kilts...can't beat it!

 

I know it was asked last page, but can I log into two accounts on one phone to access tickets?

IE My account to access tickets to my game, then my brothers to access tickets to another?

Also if my elderly parent has no phone can I have his ticket remain in my account and just show it in addition to mine when getting scanned?

 

We did both of these things in Qatar in 2022, with no issues. I asked the question about multiple accounts logging in and out on the same app/phone earlier in this thread and others said that they have done it without issues.

 

What have people experiences been with stubhub? Looking at some tickets but unsure if most of them are legit or ghost tickets.

Side note: I have the rest of my itinerary set and will be leaving for LA on Sunday morning after catching a local match in the Bay Area on Saturday. 8 matches total in 6 different stadiums. 6 group and 2 knockouts. Shoutout to this forum and its members as always and I hope you all have a great time whether you are watching at home, at a watch party, or a stadium

 

what is the difference between transferring a ticket through the fifa marketplace page and through the fifa app?

People are saying they are trying to resell but if they post low fifa resale does not show their tickets lol

 

Ive bought so many non-WC tix from Stubhub for years. Never had much issue.

1) positive, you wont ever be 'scammed' per se as Stubhub will guarantee your money back... however you wont get the tickets. Which sucks. I havent ever had that issue before.

2) negative, FIFA is really the only legit/official seller where u are guaranteed the ticket immediately and notify dealing with the seller on the other end having to do their part.

Personally id trust them but if all things equal in price Id 100% go FIFA.

As everyone has been saying: https://seatsidekick.com/#matches is THE best place to search the FIFA resale Marketplace. Its a 'real-time' scan of whats on there..and has been consistently the lowest (or near) price you see from any website.

Find your ticket/seat there and then immediately go to the official FIFA Marketplace and buy it there.

 

Is SeatGeek legit? I assume they send the tickets to the email you provide (IE fifa account email?)

 

"Loan modifications are being denied" ... Their tickets aren't showing up on the marketplace. People are saying they just gonna eat the loss now... Aka foreclose. Banks win again. They get the house back and the downpayment. History just repeating itself

 

Yikes that's awful. Doesn't even make sense since FIFA still gets a cut but they'd rather save face and remove those than to appear like their events are cheap I guess. The sellers can still sell them on other sites I suppose but lower priced listings may look like scams on those sites...

If true, this is very scummy of FIFA. So, if true, it looks like they are making a point of using Match 4 as a trend setter to make people think prices for all matches are not going to go down too much closer to the day of the match. This is some weird monopolistic price fixing behavior, or something. It’s like they announced dynamic pricing, without the understanding that prices can also go down. Dynamic pricing to FIFA apparently means “dynamic” in only one direction, up. This, apparently, is how they are avoiding the Club World Cup ticket price crash.

 

Yep just like stubhub. Its legit in that it connects buyer/seller and gives a money back guarantee to the buyer. But like stubhub it mostly just facilitates the connection.

Worst case you get your money back but no tix. Worst case. Best case its 99% of the time, zero issues.

 

Side note.. I was actually suprised.. Seattle is only 3,500 smaller than Sofi. For some reason I always thought Sofi was way bigger than Seattle.

Anywho... pretty fascinating to see the imverse price trends of those two games.
