Going to North America '26: tickets, accommodations, etc. (non-politics)

Was just coming to say something similar- been watching M4 since I have travel booked but no ticket yet, and the resale "Price Ranges" have finally been more accurate in recent weeks- now today for me, they aren't even showing a range, just one (much higher) price for each category. Almost had a panic attack, but can still see $805 Cat 2/3/4 seats if I look seat-by-seat at the map. Is this a glitch, or FIFA testing ways to hide the cheapest resale seats again?

And "rubbish" is an understatement. Takes like 10 "clicks" to enter the ticketing site, fake queues to make it look like demand is high, can't really filter, and they don't even show what the kick-off time is for the matches.

 

Hi everyone, I have 4x cat 3 tickets for Match 4, USA v Paraguay. They are in the USA supporter section 549. I'm just looking for face value. $1120 per ticket.

Was all set to go but life throws some curve balls, so need to sell. Seems like the FIFA reselling site is a cookup so thought I'd see if anyone was keen on here.

I've been to every WC since SA2010 and have bought some tickets via this website for other World Cups.

 

Yeah, I went looking for them for game, just for fun, but gave up after I got bored.

Looking through the ticket conditions of entry to the stadium, I do not see anything specific to the prohibition or restriction on cameras except with regard to tripods, selfie sticks, etc. In Qatar, a fixed lens camera up to 10cm was allowed. Anyone see anything different? Or will it be a running battle on the day with whatever steward you come up against?!!

Same here. In Qatar, I was allowed to bring in a camera with a fixed 50mm lens, although I had to argue a couple of times with some stewards.

The only specific reference to cameras I can find is this:

"3.1.32. any type of television and telecommunication equipment (including professional video cameras) or other professional equipment that is capable of recording sound and video;"

Which, in fact, is very vague.

 

Something weird happened on the fifa resale market.. for the games I was tracking (most notably Jordan Austria, USA Paraguay), cat 1 and 2 prices shot up $200-$300 almost overnight pretty much. I highly doubt they randomly sold a bunch of tickets overnight.. Anyone have any guesses/insight?

 

If you're just looking at the price list, its glitched right now and showing LMS FV. The prices themselves haven't changed.

 

It's on third party sites too though. Multiple ones, FIFA Resale, TickPick, Seatgeek, etc. all up significantly and showing much less inventory than even yesterday. TicketData shows the average get in price is up 15% within just the last 24 hours.

 

we're 9 days away. The truth will eventually show itself. Is it last minute price manipulation or real purchases? I would wait it out for those matches.

 

Go to th game. I seen them for as low as $90 already. Then again Algeria gave Germany a run for it's money in 2014. Algeria does not back down. USA Algeria was a classic in 2010.

 

Yea I already got tickets for Jordan Algeria (won them through Verizon), I want to go to the Austria Jordan game too though with my family.

 

ALWAYS go to the game rather than a fan fest or Pub.

Yes, I see this. As you say no specifics - so the basis of potential arguments. I think stewards may revert to whatever the local stadium regulation is and then you are arguing that FIFA “rules” apply!

 

Very vague indeed particularly as a phone - with your magical ticket - can also record sound and video. For Qatar they specifically stated a lens with maximum length of 10cm. This was in the regulations which were also posted on billboards outside some stadia there. I know because I had to argue my way through a few of the earlier matches and after got left alone after that.

Could somebody who captured the Visa presale prices post them here? I would like to see when FIFA drops prices below those for some of the “In Demand” matches.

 

I saw the World Cup trophy at the American Dream today. There wasn't a huge crowd or anything I hardly had to wait at all to get some pictures up close. I only found it it was there today because I saw a picture of mamdani with it yesterday in NYC and googled where it was now. Will be there at American Dream tomorrow as well if anyone is in the area and wants to see it.
