I'm on the Volunteer "branding" team at Sofi. our job is to make sure all non FIFA approved signs are covered up. Our job is to "snitch" on any violations. The big "Sofi" sign will be covered up. All the current concession pricing and signs will be replaced. FIFA owns the stadium and parking lots for the entire tournament and only approved sponsor logos are allowed. Our job is to make sure no one; not even an employee wears the wrong logo. We'll be issued shoes (probably Adidas) to make sure no one walks in with Nike shoes (a non-sponsor ).

I'm going to say something that goes against a long running theme here...

I am stoked for this world cup and I think it will have some fantastic moments not just on the field but in some of the cities that will see great travelling fan support. I love booking the travel for WCs and figuring out all the angles and places to be. I most excited to see all our US travelling friends at the pre-game meetups and night before parties, and all the local families that are bringing their kids to the games to see a 'once in a lifetime event'. I think there are a ton of foreigners that have been to the US a bunch of times and are fully aware of all the pros/cons that come with travelling here.

I think it was be a blast. I also know some games won't be filled to capacity and I know the narratives that will come with it. I personally don't give 2 shits.

I'm taking Uber/Lyft's to the games, enjoying the pre/post game stadium vibe. People will have fun, especially the international communities that live in the US, they will have massive pride seeing their team in the states.

Everything else is noise. Bring on the tall boy Trulys, the nachos, the ballpark hotdogs, the long lines, the price gouging... I'm here for it and can't wait.

Agree 100%. it's going to be the best tournament ever for me. tho I've spent on ticketing as much as I spent in Qatar for a family of 5 in 2022... I'm home; I get to bring friends to games that cant leave the country and their dream is to be at a World Cup. I also get to play host somehow. Anyone needs help in LA .. i'm here.

If USA or Mexico make a deep run it'll just make the tournament incredible. There's ways around the "price gouging" in America and they'll be published here and everywhere. Trust me; there's already a market trying to cater to folk who dont wanna pay $150 for a stupid train raid to New Jersey.

Yesterday I spent many hours in front of my computer (+laptop). For me it's clear: we can't beat "autocart" bots. Yes, there is a public scanner available which is useless in front of bots. You can't buy tickets for the big games.

After M76, M77, M79, M80, M82 etc. popped-up, I refreshed manually the page of M86. I saw the tickets at least 15 seconds before scanner's alert. So, you should know that scanner has a preety big delay (at least 15 seconds in this case). Unfortunately, I couldn't cart a Front 2 Category. It's clear for me that an "autocart" soft is available (but is not public). Later I was able to cart a Front 1 Cat for this game (obviously, I didn't buy)

I was able to cart Front 2 Category tickets for the games like South Korea- Czech Republic, Germany- Curacao, Ghana- Croatia, Canada- Switzerland, Turkiye- Australia, Sweden- Tunisia etc. Something better was impossible (I wanted a game in Mexico City, other than M24). So, everything that can be resold is bought by the bots.

It will be a lot of fun for sure. Everyone just needs to vent about American pricing.

The friendlies were USSF events with the stadium still in the hands of Arthur Blank's (Falcons/AUFC) operation. That won't be so for the World Cup. Atlanta did get one exemption from FIFA's sponsorship rules, when it was determined that there was no reasonable way to hide the Mercedes-Benz logo atop the roof.

M81 Front 1 dropped from $2350 last week to $2295 today. I want to meet the person who was induced to buy with that $55 discount.

This is awesome. Make sure that if you spill milk or yoghurt on those new shoes, it is from Mengniu, your (our!) official FIFA Global Sponsor (Tier 2) of nutritious dairy products!

I did the same for DR Congo/Uzbekistan. I was watching them somehow sell through first-level Cat 2 and all Cat 3 tickets at FV and just bought a Cat 1 ticket at 2/3 FV to get it over with. I imagine the prices will fall eventually, but I just didn't want to keep endlessly searching for that one cheap ticket on a PC since it sucks to do that on mobile.

Seems like good prices. But I haven't heard of them before. I would be careful there.

Thanks for the bit of hope! Decent seats at least so anything more is going to be a bonus.

Do you really mean "points" or you meant to say "miles"? I booked for dallas with miles, and I just cancelled and my miles were immediately reinstated. If I buy with "points" on my credit card, they're like cash but the tickets I buy with their Chase Travel service are NOT cancelable and some are NOT refundable. So beware... miles, yes, no problem!

Those prices look too low for that match.
Worth going for IF they promise a fast turnaround (say within a week).
There is no reason why someone who claims to have a ticket can refuse to transfer now.
I wouldnt touch them if they expect you to wait until the day of the match.

This does sound a bit unlikely. Cat 1 for Brazil Scotland @ $600?! Only 15 reviews on Trust Pilot does not strike me as a lot and at a rate of 3.4 not great either. This sounds like an accident waiting to happen.

Whenever I book with my files I still have to pay "cash" for some kind of fee. Did you get these reimbursed too? Just curious as it might help with planning flights now and in the future.

GetTickets365Uk is not the same as .com you are referring to. Bear that in mind, it smells like a scam to me.

For that match, and the Czech/South Africa match, they have adjusted the seats as well to shift.
My Cat 2 is in a section classed as Cat 1 for the R32 match in Atlanta. I can only image that hospitality hasne shifted much.
The same seems to be happening in San Francisco.
I suppose I am getting the plus side of being shafted in the December/January ballot. Better seats, less cash spent and an acceptable itinerary.

Zero chance they fill those orders. Best case scenario you are fighting a chargeback with your credit card company. 100% scam.

Anyone still believe there were over 508,000 tickets requests in the New Year sale?

I can believe there was. Loads from bots and they kicked out (I assume) loads of applications.

Just on mathematics -like a boutique clothes seller. If they can rake in a fortune from the matches they have ramped right up (Brazil/Scotland for example), they probably dont care if they have a load of empty seats for Algeria matches. Net they end up ahead.

They have shafted the hotels as well.
