Friends - we have reached the ' now we can breath' time.
The Front Row release has caused the top in a number of matches.
The mickey-take resale price people will have to get serious.
If a match is available on FCFS - you will be able to find a ticket before the match. (Hotel lobby face to face is a good way to do things).
It is also a sign that the hospitality process is being wound down for the groups.
Think clearly. Planes - trains - hire cars. That should be the focus now.

And if it sounds like I have no sympathy whatsoever for someone who has bought 4 tickets for some of these matches with no intention of going, it is because I have ZERO.

I totally agree with this. For the high demand tickets, they're probably never going to drop them to a level where it matters. For the knockouts, they won't drop prices, if they even need to, until the very end where the Marketplace is either empty or somewhat irrelevant due to the last minute-ness anyway.

They will make more than enough profit with these two groups that they won't care if people get a deal on some of these low-demand matches. For all we know, they might be happy with their sales figures already for Switzerland-Qatar and ones like it.

$2,310 a pop for a group match is insane, what the hell is wrong with them? I hope somebody high profile enough catches wind of this and speaks up about it. I follow a couple of content creators focused on soccer that have been ringing the bell, but their audiences are currently too small, unfortunately.

Great work! But are there really cat2 tickets for m49 going for less than a grand out there? If so, given the current environment, that sounds like a bargain.

Anyone still getting bot flagged by FIFA on chrome? It's continuously asking me to verify that I'm a human.

A bunch of high-demand games are there: USA, Mexico, England, Brazil, etc., but probably all "front" tickets. $2,325 for USA-Australia, no thanks.

For one ticket? I am not willing to pay more than 800. At most 1,000.

Don’t use Chrome. They seem to be applying extra strict checks to Chrome users, since it has various extensions that bots are leveraging. Use Safari, Firefox, anything else.

Match 49 is a Wednesday night between Brazil and Scotland, 3rd match for both. Brazil will have already qualified for the 3rd round most likely. The time is good, 6PM. Cat 2 seats are upper deck from middle (good seats!) to corner (bad seats!). I'm not paying a grand for a ticket no knowing exactly where it is. Actually, I'm not paying a grand for group stage game unless by some miracle Brazil only have 3 or less points going into it (meaning they have either lost to Morocco or Haiti or tied both). But we all have our choices to make. I don't have the time off now, either, so I'm really irrelevant (LOL). But, I'd be wary even if I was local, thinking both could have beaten Haiti by then and pretty much qualified for the knockout phase already.

I was joking! I agree with you. Unfortunately I paid ~$840 for a group stage game I really wanted (M56). It is what it is...

In Russia I bought the cheapest hospitality ticket for France–Peru, because it was # 1 match in my list of priorities, and I did not want to get stressed to get it. It cost me USD 800, so that is (kind of) my limit.

At this point in time, I may just buy a ticket for 1 (interesting) match, just to keep my streak of consecutive World Cups.

Couldn't this be a really important game for Scotland? I see them beating Haiti, sure, but not sure about Morocco. Scotland might come into M49 needing a draw or a win to try to ensure they make it through. Brazil will probably be chilling UNLESS they fail to beat Morocco during M7, which, I don't think it's impossible.

TBH, though, it doesn't matter a lot to me. I won't be anywhere near Miami that day, lol. But seeing a <$1,000 ticket on the marketplace while FIFA was selling $2,350 "front row tickets" just made me think that a ~$950 get-in price is as good as it's gonna get (for a while at least) for M49.

Just done another look - it is now TEN matches with Cat 1 prices below 'face'.

'Dregs' match ticket watchers - hold your nerve.
