Today's Bank of America action was interesting. Inventory sat there forever. Outside of a few matches; I think we're going to see a major price crash soon after the FCFS. Lots will get hurt catching falling knives.. be careful.
Because we are going to beat you lot 1-0 with the biggest PopaBall Performance you will ever see 5 at the back, Counter attack , scenes everyone wants to witness...
I live in LA and there's never been any support for US Soccer here. I don't think USA can sell out Sofi at current prices. Seattle/Pac Northwest has a strong soccer culture and the match isn't as expensive as the 2 LA games.
You could try venture x , as long as they guarantee a digital card.. would have to do it tomorrow though
The Venture X one is probably going to be as frustrating as today's Chase's was... Is the same website that will only request the 16 digits of your credit card in order to let you in. Another bot-party. Hopefully not. Very disappointing from Chase and CapitalOne and kudos to BoA for creating a system for this offer that really helped its customers. I hope to be wrong as I hope all here can get the tickets they want.
I hope you are right because I have yet to see a price for any ticket to any match that I am interested in at a price I might be willing to pay.
Agree with Norway vs Senegal. To my mind, it's the best of underrated matches. And I'm going to this one. Holland and a team that cruched all opponents in qualyfying including 2 great wins over Italy. Against best team of Africa. Another match I can suggest is Equador - Ivory Coast. These 2 matches are in the same area, easy regarding logistics. I also plan for this one.
Can't argue with either of those two. For a game at the lower end pricewise I still think Ivory Coast v Curacao is the bargain. Okay not necessary the atmosphere of fan support but should be a great game. Both could well need to win to go through and the latter will surprise a few people. As we have said before there is far too much emphasis on having to watch a top team. We should not forget that Georgia were probably the most exciting team in the last Euros. Whereas England were like watching damp rising.
Is there anyone whose payment for this round has not been taken yet ?? My brothers account there has not been any hits on Credit card. Since he is travelling , not sure if FIFA charged or if the credit card declined.
Me I think they do payments on monday / wednesday / Friday Tuesday and thursday seem reserved for tickets sales via banks credit cards
Thanks mate!!! once yours go through do let me know!! His is Argentina vs Austria, so will be a bummer if it doesn't go through due to some technicality
Good post Norway vs Senegal - This is also an 8pm start in New York. Grab lunch in the city while watching Argentina on TV. Decent public transportation options to the stadium to build excitement. Kickoff in an outdoor stadium just before sunset. Also I feel the second group matches are often exciting with each team having some energy/desparation. Both Scotland matches in Boston should be great. Expect a sizable Scottish contingent - geographically not too far, both matches in same city. They'll want to be assured knockout qualification prior to their Brazil match. USA-Australia - Friday afternoon in a city center. Second match in the group, tournament will be in full swing. Definitely the premier group match in Seattle (Belgium-Egypt may be a fine match, but it's a weekday noon kickoff early in the tournament so not much atmosphere). I believe Ecuador will do well in the tournament, but there qualifying matches were extremely low scoring - could easily see their opener against Ivory Coast being a cagey 0-0 or 1-0. Some of the final group matches involving non Pot-1 teams, from Confederations that don't play each other much, could be exciting. So Japan-UEFA2, Curacao-Ivory Coast, South Korea-South Africa. From the past Euros, generally 3pts with a decent goal differential is enough for a 3rd place team. These could all be matches where only the winner advances, and could also have the subplot of a team needing to win by multiple goals so will keep pushing forward.
I was perusing the fine print for this promotion and I found something about the virtual card not being eligible to be used for it. I can't find the picture though. Maybe somebody here can read through their email and confirm? Due to this I decided against applying for it at the last minute.
Looks like FIFA is outsourcing the ticket backend sale process to Secutix. There is a link ( Read more about the rules) in my application page that is supposed to show the ticket rules but goes to Secutix home page. https://www.secutix.com/
Yeah, my friend had a prioritized list of 10 games he most wanted to get and every single one was available! He could only get 2 total tickets for one game.
Yup, I mentioned a few pages back that I think this system is overzealously filtering out many legitimate accounts while failing to catch the sophisticated scalpers.
yes, the prices are the same as the Random Draw. Last report I have from a reliable person in 14 hours into the sale and there was plenty of inventory for non-top demand matches.
Most touts found a way around Secutix Datadome. We had one user here early telling us so. They ran him off because he was a tout. His username started with Marko.
They also do the ticketing queue on FIFA's platform. So if it doesn't like you for whatever reason when FCFS comes around, you'll be waiting a very long time.
