question about fifa marketplace with the marketplace closing feb 22 - april 2, have any of you been able to list games for resale you are not interested in that you won in the random sales draw - or will there be a delay before your tickets are available for resale - - - like should i expect a flood of tickets to be listed for purchase in the next 10 days? or am i kind of stuck waiting until april with the marketplace reopening and/or last-minute sales phase to be able to buy anything
I think you will see some people trying to dump tickets they don't really want. But I think most of that will be lower interest games that I'm banking on those getting cheaper once seats are assigned and all the initial frenzy of that phase cools down. But again, if you really want a game and will be anxious without them in hand, maybe worth a little more to just get it settled sooner.
Just looked at Jordan vs Algeria and already see people taking a loss on the marketplace... It's only going to get cheaper
You'd think scalpers would start unloading their inventory before the portal closes, while FOMO is still high. But that doesn't seem to be happening, which makes me wonder how much supply is actually in their hands.
Question. I managed to get 2 tickets per match for all group stage matches and conditional matches round 32 and round 16 from PMA (yes i atteded a lot of matches during qual, and yes im lucky). Anyways, i'm unfortunately not able to attend all matches. I dont see the option to resell my tickets on marketplace. Is this because its PMA tickets? Am i not able to sell PMA tickets, or is it something else i need to do? Thank you in advance.
Since the PMA allocation just happened, we don't know if they will allow you to put them in the marketplace before the shutdown. I'm also assuming they want to ensure all payments go through without chargebacks before allowing you to resell them.
Im in miami so i just have all The games here exept 71… what do you have? Maybe what ever you have is easier to trade for 71
A friend of mine had instant access to the Wells Fargo sale and when logging in to his account he used his mexican FIFA account so it didn't even let him continue lol happy days
Got in the BOA sale. Once again, no wheelchair seats. At least I was able to get regular seats for someone else. So far, none of these have had wheelchair seats: Hospitality, FIFA Collect (right to buy), Verizon, all credit cards. Luckily I scored a few wheelchair tix during the presale. Hopefully FCFS will work out for some more.
During the sales today, were the prices the same compared to the prices during the last lottery phase or higher already?
I don't think you can sell the R32 and R16 conditional of PMA... As long as your team hasn't qualified.
Thinking of buying tickets on the Resale Marketplace. Then I saw this: “Before proceeding to payment, please review the details below, including the resale tickets you have selected to purchase on FIFA’s Marketplace. Please note that your seats, once assigned, may not be adjacent or near one another and seats assigned within the same ticket category may be located in different rows, sections or locations in the Stadium.” I know there’s no guarantee of adjacent seating, but this seems pretty strongly worded. Are Marketplace tickets less likely to be seated together?
Interesting read on how badly Chase's presale was organized and how the bots operate How Bots Bought World Cup Tickets Without Being Chase Sapphire Memebers
I was very surprised you don't have to log in to your Chase account. That would be the first thing I would think of if I had to design the process
Which non-premium (i.e. underrated) matches do you guys think will be the best in terms of atmosphere, excitement, etc.? Basically matches without the big teams (France, Brazil, Argentina, Portugal) that will be worth the price of the ticket. My two picks are: Haiti vs. Scotland – the Scottish Tartan Army will be coming across the pond in droves to support their team, but there is actually a pretty sizable Haitian population in Boston (50,000+) so this match will be bumping regardless of how the play is on the pitch. Norway vs. Senegal – serious football fans know the quality on both rosters, yet the ticket price is surprisingly reasonable. Assuming France wins the group, this game could be decisive in determining who finishes second.
Anyone got match 73, 84, 90, or 93 willing to sell? Looking for two tickets and got nothing to swap unfortunately...
If anything like previous world cups, not until about 1 month before...likely less It is unlikely your seats won't be together if same category and same transaction.
Prices in the past week have been going up. The FOMO is on people who have tried or are still trying to get tickets through the Random Draw and the VISA promos and are getting nowhere. The scalpers are counting on them to buy their high-priced tickets while under stress...
I just went into marketplace.. to me it seems that is when that are giving you 1 ticket from one person and then another from another( i notice difference in price on each) while some both tickets are same price
Completely biased answer but I think the Scotland Haiti game will be right up there for atmosphere (quality on the pitch may be another thing). I don't see the prices going down though unless you're jumping in last minute which isn't convenient for everyone.
