I would buy everything you want at once really if you want Cat 3 and maybe Cat 2 depending on the match. If you want Cat 1, maybe you can go back in and get a second purchase before things sell out. If you're seeing non-host GS matches showing a lot of limited availability, you should buy as much as you want right away.

I don't see how Italy would fall out of Pot 1 after just one defeat this week. They still look well higher than all the other play off teams.

They meant their playoff path's eventual world cup pot (under an assumption that uefa playoff paths would be put in pots based on the highest rank of a team involved rather than all in pot 4, based on supposedly leaked info/rumour) , not Italy's playoff pot which is indeed locked to pot 1.

I see what you mean. I have always been incredulous about the way points are allocated in the rankings and certainly surprised that Italy can lose 15 points when they win one and lose one game.

It all depends on who they will play. I saw Belgium-Romania at the last Euros. The prematch and the match's atmosphere were all made by the Romanian supporters. Maybe I am a bit biased though because I did the walk up to the stadium with the Romania fans.
