Youre not gonna convince us to buy your RTB. RTBs are a scam lol We are well aware there's plenty of tickets to be sold. No need to overpay to hold on to some NFT for 8 months. Next sale is in a few weeks.
I know a guy that sold M28 (Mexico in Guadalajara game) for 2.2k USD, cat 2's, same guy is also selling the other Guadalajara games for 700 usd each, he's the cheapest reseller around as well
The RTBs for the matches in Mexico are selling for more because the face value of the tickets is lower than the matches in the US. That makes the RTB more valuable. Looking at the prices on StubHub would give you a better picture of the demand for each match.
I don’t own any RTBs, nor am I selling any, though I was tempted to purchase a few times over the past couple months. RTBs are not a good deal compared to category 2-4 tickets. But if someone is desperate to secure tickets, they may be more affordable than some matches available through the resale portal right now. I hear a lot of chatter about the resale platform, and I think it’s important that people are aware of this alternative.
Source? Look, I know it sounds silly but the fact that he keeps saying it probably means it is a possibility. So many other crazy things have already happened.
What he fails to understand is that basically all the big cities that can host the games are all left leaning cities, they have a higher population of educated people. So where will he move it to? Even Indianapolis that is in a redder than red state, is left.
You're probably not living in the US or you would know that TACO (Trump Always Chickens Out). He's the big boisterous bully! He said Infantino is his friend, but Putin is his friend too and we know how it's going right now. The agreements are between FIFA and the cities, not with the Federal Government. The exposure is too big on FIFA as people would sue FIFA to get their money back.
I just received the rejection email for the "disposable" email address I used, the last rejection email of the 8 applications. 8:42pm PST, much later than the others.
I'm keeping track of the resale prices for the San Francisco Bay Area games. @brandeau is right, they've all gone up today.
I hope that being selected in the Visa draw and not purchasing anything will hurt for the future draws. There was nothing available when I got on that I wanted so I didnt' buy anything. However I want to keep getting access, hope I'm not frozen out
The image was from a PowerPoint shown to France members a month or so ago. Prices are almost all exactly same as the old bid book, so unreliable. They also had many other dubious or incorrect slides in their presentation so it can be dismissed. To answer original question, no confirmed sources yet but many large media (NY times, L'Equipe etc.) who all seem to just speculate it based on the original comments that they may are believed to have fixed prices, similar to CWC.
Of course it won’t (I think you meant ‘won’t’ not ‘will’ in that) They just want your money. We’ll see what the T&Cs are soon enough, it will be interesting if the ‘one application per household’ is ditched?
Booked (inc multi hotel options) everything, including an expensive hotel in central Boston. Assuming the train will run as for NFL games at Foxborough. Will whittle them down once the draw is made, schedule finalised, and any public transport details published. KC has been the most difficult to get anything decent near to Arrowhead so far, hope I don’t have to drive and cough the $75 for parking!!!! Atlanta and Dallas (well Arlington), I can walk to.
I’m also wondering about this. I used a VPN when I created all of my applications, even the clean ones, and they all showed up as cleansed out.
"Early Ticket Draw: The second phase of ticket sales is the Early Ticket Draw, with the entry period scheduled from 27 to 31 October 2025. Like the first phase, this will involve an application process followed by a randomized selection. Successful applicants will receive a designated time slot to purchase tickets, subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions" From https://gpcustomersupportfwc2026.ti...o-purchase-ticket-s-for-the-FIFA-World-Cup-26 Note that the earlier article had similar description but included the text "and time slots for purchase from mid-November to early December". From https://www.fifa.com/en/tournaments...ek-to-go-before-first-phase-ticket-sales-open
As Larry said above. Doubt you’ll have to register any payment card to apply this time and the ‘restrictions’ maybe a little different, re: households etc……….whether and how they actually apply them or not is different matter.
If the train to Foxborough is as slow as the one in 1994 then you might as well walk there anyway. Casey Jones and the cannonball express it was not.
You should stay in downtown/central KC anyway, not by the stadium. There will be special buses running out to the stadium and back. And for Boston, the NFL train is sort of a novelty, not for transporting significant numbers of people to the games. There will be some additional trains and special buses running to the stadium from Boston as well. In general, I’d advise against staying near the stadiums or planning to walk to the stadiums, with some exceptions (Atlanta, Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto). Most of the stadiums are isolated or surrounded by suburbia and highways. If you stay in the cities instead, you’ll have way more options for hotels/apartments, transport, and entertainment at all price levels. Most attendees typically drive their personal car to these stadiums, but there will be special shuttle buses for the World Cup. Both to account for the large number of out-of-town/international attendees and the significantly reduced parking capacity at the stadiums compared to other events.
