Bearing in mind everyone's feeling towards our much loved administrators I have attached a photo of a nice piece of to the point graffiti we came across on a pavement in Rio in 2014.
According to what is stated in this article, the capacity of all the stadiums is much smaller — in some cases significantly so — compared to what had been announced in the link below: https://www.fifa.com/en/tournaments...adiums-fifa-soccer-football-mexico-usa-canada
Great article, really hits the nail on the head: “The governing body has fused together every irritant of modern consumer life – dynamic pricing, algorithmic lotteries, endless logins, even the remnants of a failed crypto boom – into a single soul-deadening experience designed to turn access itself into a commodity.”
One of my accounts was still logged in from the last ticketing window. I was able to catch a glimpse (just for a few seconds) of availability for matches before I was booted out. It looked like there was limited availability for most matches, so there does seem to be some restocking occuring between phases.
Some really good deals on the American Airlines promotion if you're sitting on a bunch of AA miles Scored 2 Match 28 Cat 2 tickets for 40k miles each (value roughly $500 each on the miles) https://www.aavacations.com/fifa-wc...oOwZYYWSBiYNRrQrBg_aem_6Us0ZogARI4TZ-ePbteGUg
They are not complimentary - full price. Unfortunately there weren’t any companion seats available for the games I’m interested in, just wheelchair seats. I got singles to a couple of games. Hopefully there will be more options in future phases
I just went in to my slot. I was in by 1005am CST (5 minutes after window). Nothing new in there from last week based on what I heard from folks. No knockouts, no high demand group games.
Just saw and created an account, can't have access because I don't have the status until Oct 15th, hopefully they maybe restock because doing the maths, M53 is a great deal
Interesting, I wonder if FIFA has decided that this is the limit for the current round of sales. Might be out of luck until the next lottery at the end of the month.
friend who just went into his window said it’s also bad. didn’t buy a think, only groups, but he was also a 1/2 hour late lol
Thats no good, FIFA once again money gauging which is horrible to see. All Accessibility tickets should come with one, as its only fair. I don't even know how they would assign one to be close to you, maybe you will have to buy normal category tickets and they pair you?
I logged in about 30 minutes after my allocated start time. Not much left. All I could get was single tickets to one match in Philly and one a day later in Boston. Are the times for matches confirmed yet? Ideally I can lock down travel options between those cities (I don't live in either) far in advance before all gets booked up, but I don't want to end up in a situation where I'm sitting on the Amtrak train en route while the next match has already started!
match times unknown, you could get a refundable ticket either last one at night, or very early the next morning in case it’s a noon match. but since those aren’t covered stadia, they may be later in the day/evening matches depending on if a european team is playing.
I noticed in the FIFA email that my ticketing window was about 2 days long. Any chance they'll release more inventory for this round a day into that, or the 2-day window just means "you better buy as soon as it opens or you're out of luck"?
