did anyone notice any category 3 game today on slot 4? i've looked 5 times and i entered just few minutes after it started and couldn't find any....
TST. At no point have I said single game tix were available. When you buy the TST you buy each game 'individually' so can see a price for them.
Wait until after the draw and it ends up being Slovenia vs. USA, or something similar. And people figure out it is not really the opening match, but just another group match, and Taylor Swift will not be performing. Prices will drop significantly. $2K for Category 2 in the first phase, with likely bad seats based on past experience? No thanks.
Still nothing. The sections I see are Ticket Purchase Summary, File Content, Reserve Parking Here, Payment Summary, Change History. Weird.
Like someone posted, I wouldn’t buy a ticket like that unless it is an absolute priority for you and you are sure you are going to use it because there’s no way you are reselling that for face value. There’s a reason it’s still there after several rounds of buying.
I got 2 tickets to the round of 32 to NY and Boston. Insanely expesnive only option was $360 a ticket to Boston doesnt say the seat. NY was 460 a seat. I didn't buy group stage because Boston 410 for better seats 320 for bad seats. NY is 610 for good seats and 450 for bad seats. I rather pay double and see Colombia or at least know the team. Cat 2 looks like goal side seats.... those are super terrible for 320.....
Individual tickets as well as VST 6 & 7 are sold out. Canada TSTs are still available in categories 1 & 2. Despite individual tickets being sold out at the end of the last phase, they added some more for sale this round, though it seemed to be mostly category 2 and no category 1s. I wonder if they are converting some of the category 3s to category 2s for this purpose, as the cat3 section in Vancouver is "generous" by FIFA's current standards.
Bizarre. “Sit together” shows up on my iPad ( it isn’t showing on my PC). Both Chrome. Anyway, all set, thanks.
I swear to God, if Shakira comes to the opening game, I'm signing a blank cheque. That woman brings the vibes to the World Cup!
VST 6 & 7 are currently sold out, along with all other individual tickets for Vancouver matches. Canada TSTs category 1 & 2 are available.
Strange how for years FIFA said they were taking measures to prevent scalping, and now all of a sudden they’re facilitating it, and taking a 30% cut as additional profit.
I was shocked by the prices getting directly from fifa...... like my credit card says fifa.... Tho when I clicked it said starting at $70 and my ticket was 360.
I don’t think so. FIFA will probably send out lottery “winner” emails until every last ticket they released in this phase is gone, or time runs out. Because if you’re a winner, you gotta get something, right? Gotta hand it to FIFA, they’re master manipulators.
I'm guessing you bought on the resale platform, which is a mistake at that point. Wait until the 2nd phase is over when more tickets will be available which will lower prices. Or better wait until Phase 3 after the draw and you'll know which teams play where. As to "good seats" or "bad seats", no one - absolutely no one knows yet where they will be seated, section, row or seat number. So not sure what you mean by "good seats", "bad seats". I can tell you that based on the current stadium maps, Category 4 is extremely bad seats, Category 3 is very bad seats, Category 2 is bad seats and Category 1 might be just bad... or if you're lucky, OK. All the best seats are already reserved so don't hold your breath...
The other thing to consider for all knockout games from the round of 16 onward is that the previous round’s results will likely free up tickets from the fans whose teams didn’t advance. Prices and availability will shift, as happened during the Club World Cup. The same thing will happen for the round of 32 matches once the group stage is over and all the matchups are determined.
buying from stubhub is considered risky because FIFA can cancel the tickets if they find out right? i see tickets listed on there for a game that is less than half of the price that i find on FIFA resale portal
That and the seller doesnt have to deliver the tickets, probably for another 9 months. So if you purchase a random match and it ends up being Argentina vs Portugal somehow, I can almost guarantee most the sellers are going to back out of the sale and sell that ticket 10x higher elsewhere. Youll be stuck outside waiting for your ticket to arrive and stubhub will just issue you a refund.
